5/5 Check-in: Arrived late from a delayed flight but was still able to check-in smoothly with the help of caretaker, Ms. Mely. 5/5 Location: Near Mall of Asia, restaurants, massage spas, laundry service. It’s fast & easy to order Grab Food due to the advantage of the location. 5/5 Host: Has a caretake who is highly responsive & nice. 2/5 Place: As described in the photos.. However, I wasn’t given a headsup about the cockroach issue esp in the kitchen cabinets & sink.. but not limited to inside the bedroom & toilet room. There was an insect spray readily provided.. sprayed every day & night and made sure to throw garbage 2x a day but they kept coming.. I would see 4-6 day & night despite efforts all efforts.. I would’ve reported to the host but it seems futile as they already know about it beforehand and can’t do much either. The neighbors told me that cockroaches are a problem in the whole building. I never experienced this during my stay in NewPort. Whole experience gave anxiety.

The place is clean, host is responsive, the caretaker is friendly, super comfortable ng place. I recommend this place to everyone. Will surely book again.

Fernando was great and his place was an ideal Airbnb for the Philippines. His place had everything in place that a long term accommodation should have. I would definitely stay at his place again if I were in the Phils! A+… Thank you Fernando for welcoming us. *One thing that future guests should be aware of is the location of the condo in the building. It is right across from the garbage room so it tends to smell in the hallway and roaches or other pests have close proximity access to the unit. Fernando gave a nice effort to help with this inconvenience by having a block around the bottom of the front door and by keeping his place smelling very nice, clean and welcoming but the pests still found their way in at times. Just something to be noted.
