The apartment is well appointed and feels new and luxurious. We stayed for 5 days over Christmas and used the kitchen and bbq extensively, everything works great. Whilst the apartment itself is in a prime location with a fantastic view, unfortunately the smell of the alley you need to walk through to access the apartment is quite terrible and unavoidable. Communication was fantastic throughout the stay apart from a hiccup checking in to the room. We arrived at 4:30pm and although the instructions given seemed relatively clear they weren’t foolproof and we could not access the room. I tried calling numerous numbers and could not get hold of anyone and ended up having to run up the street and knock on the door to their office only to find no one there. Thankfully there was a helpful gentleman from another office that helped me track someone down to assist. Overall we had a pleasant stay but the cleanliness of the apartment needs to be greatly improved.
