Our property resides in a startlingly decent society, Situated in the midst of greenery. The guesthouse is well maintained, with great respect for natural environment. We offer you 6 well furnished rooms with modern amenities, you can book room(s) as per your convenience. A wide balcony with the view of whole valley is a plus that makes the experience one of its kind. At Birdside, rooms are fully furnished and equipped with every modern amenity, such as a 40” LED TV, a mini fridge as well as a WiFi connection. Comfortable furnishings include pleasant bedding, an almirah, 2 coffee chairs and a table. With a looking mirror. Heater can be provided on demand. The Toilet and bathroom is equipped with modern fixtures and has 24hrs hot water supply, essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided in the bathroom. Spacious furnished balconies provide magnificent view of the whole valley and snow capped mountains can be seen in winters. KITCHEN Basic Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian food which is chargeable, is provided on the premises.

Karan's place is beautiful. An off beat spot away from the hustle bustle. The view is spectacular. However, if you are travelling with old people please not the access to the road is approx 5-10 steep walk. Suraj and Yashpal (caretakers) are very helpful and pro active.
If you are nature lover, than this place is for you. You can witness beautiful sunrise and moonrise from this perfect location. And if you love bird watching, then surely it’s for you. Karan and Kamal uncle is so helpful too. And you can also enjoy tasty home food cooked by Mukesh.
Karan was an amazing Host and was responsive whenever we wanted to check about something. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The food was awesome and Inder (the caretaker) was kind and helpful. We loved our stay at BirdSide. Would love to go back again :)

PLACES TO EXPLORE NEAR THE PROPERTY
•You can visit Sattal Lake either by road which is 10min drive or can go walking through the mountain and reach the lake.
There are various lake activities available at Sattal which includes boating, kayaking, river crossing and many more.
•Trek to Subhash Dhara waterfall begins at Sattal lake.
The trail to waterfall begins alongside a small lake called Sukha Tal right before crossing the deep jungle and walking over rocks and stones and finally reaching the waterfall. It is a 20-30mins trek. In this trek one can see the nature at its best, calm and peaceful journey to waterfall with many encounters with various kinds of birds all the way.
• 15mins drive to this old and beautiful temple called Hidimba Temple. The trail to this temple is not a normal one on a flat surface. You’d be climbing up a mountain, albeit on a lower gradient which ranges from 15 to 45 degrees incline and is almost 1.5 kms with loose soil and gravel.
While staying here, Guests can also plan their visit to Nainital, Bhimtal, Mukhteshwar.
10 minutes drive from Bhimtal lake by-pass road. Beautiful road uphill and ample of space for you to get your car in. Free parking is available right outside the premises and is free of cost.
