Marks all the boxes for a great stay! Clean & spacious, good location, all the amenities, responsive & friendly hosts, clear information for check-in & check-out, 2 king beds, bathroom clean & stocked with soft clean towels! Great to know this place is available in a small town!

We had a very nice stay at Karmen’s. A very cozy sweet home, thoughtfully decorated. And surprisingly, a special place of architectural significance. We appreciate the uniqueness! Karmen was incredibly helpful and accessible. The home was clean, stocked and met all our needs. We’re very grateful!

As always, Karmen’s place fits the bill. I visit family at Spurgeon Manor and this is the perfect spot to stay that’s close by, clean and has all the amenities I need.

The home was very welcoming with lights on when we arrived. It was a very fun historic home and decorated Era appropriate. In spite of the busy holiday season, they were quick to answer and bring an ironing board over. They were understanding when I told them I'd made a mess in the oven when I was baking. We highly recommend the hosts and the house.

Really appreciated the flexibility with change of dates. Found home to be very comfy and relaxing. Kerig wasn't working. All else great. Thanks again. We'll be back. Scott and Sydney
