it was peaceful, and the family was very accommodating, sharing their stories of the place. the area in general is great for taking long walks, enjoying the sea breeze, eating some Alphonsos if you see them on the trees all around.

We chose 2 stay at Swapnaja's place since this was an ancestral, simplistic n a traditional konkani 🏡. Wanted my children to get the fell of a rustic atmosphere. The place is very simple one n rightly depicted in the photo's. You may find the rooms a bit small but were clean, especially the Washroom. Swapnaja n her mother welcomed us . Her family was warm n always helpful on our needs. We had prior request 4 Homemade food n was served piping hot which was authentic konkani n tasted awesome. We enjoyed Veg n Nov Veg 🐠 thalis especially the recommed local delicacy 🐠. Typical Maharashtrian b'fast provided on prior request which was very tasty. Jetty, Seafront is just 5 minutes walk. Since then place is secluded you can enjoy a lot of pvt space for self/Fly time. The courtyard provides uspoilt views of the night sky n is very soothing n relaxing for the urbanites. Parking is not onsite but very close by. Had a memorable stay. Our Best wishes 2 her 4 hosting many more Happy Travellers.
