great value for money, in a brilliant location

As always clean, uncluttered but still homey, all room essentials incl tea, coffee facilities. All as described. I didnt use or see the shared kitchen so cant comment on it. shared bathroom was clean, bright & good size. As usual in that area close parking close was abit of struggle. Only down side was that the double mattress also had some kind of soft mattress topper on it which was bigger than the mattress, hanging over the sides, so making the side of the bed 'squidgy' not firm for getting on & off. So just had to be careful not to slide to the floor! Once safely on it was comfy.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Nicola's place. Communication with Nicola was exceptional, with clear instructions and prompt responses. The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from the beach. I was lucky to visit during a food market, adding to the charm of the area. On-street parking made it convenient for me, as I could park right outside. The cleanliness of the home and room was impressive, with only a minor stain on the bedding. The room itself was spacious and equipped with a large smart TV featuring Netflix and YouTube. While the hot water in the shower wasn't perfect, a refreshing cold shower served as an invigorating wake-up call. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return in the future.

Stayed with Nicola for two nights recently . I recieved clear instructions on how to check in and she was very responsive of any questions asked. Room was tidy and ideal for my stay . Bathroom was quite clean and the house was very quiet . Overall I throughly enjoyed my stay and would 100% stay again .
