Seldovia Boardwalk Hotel is offering an offsite (next door to hotel) Waterfront Suite NEWLY REMODELED with 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and a queen murphy bed in the outer room. It offers a full kitchen, bathroom, dining area, a couple of sleeping mats for children, outdoor patio with seating and BBQ. This duplex property offers larger families a place to spread out and have a private relaxing time on the waterfront patio overlooking the boat harbor. This suite is located on the bottom floor. The waterfront suite has 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed with room for a children's mat on the floor. 1 Queen murphy bed is located in the living room, which is easy to put away during the day. WIFI and satellite tv is provided. A leather couch, loveseat and living room chair for ample room to spread out, plus a small dining room table with chairs.

This rental was amazing! Beautiful and serene location (as I’m sure most locations in Seldovia are) while still being right on Main Street. We rented in mid September so most of seldovia was shut down for the season, but this rental was next door to the Linwood (the only open place to eat), where we had dinner/drinks and breakfast which were all great. The rental was right on the water with a big lawn between the house and the ocean. It was so cute and remarkably clean, and the hosts were SO kind and accommodating with our check in/out. The golf cart was such a fun bonus and allowed us to see parts of seldovia we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. 10/10 recommend staying here!! Thanks for everything, we hope to see you next year!

Beautiful quaint place with a nice view. The golf cart was very convenient for getting around the small town, though things are pretty close in proximity for walking. Also we were lucky enough to get an early check in. Nice stay overall
Our accommodations were very much as described. A beautiful waterfront house which was comfortable and clean. We appreciated the golf cart for getting around, it was very helpful. We would recommend this lodging in Seldovia. Prices are all a bit high in Alaska summer time. Greg and Vicki
We loved our stay! Angela was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this cozy space to anyone! It was close to everything but felt private at the same time. The views were lovely. The golf cart access was a HUGE perk. We had so much fun.

Located on Main St. overlooking the Seldovia Boat Harbor next door to the Seldovia Boardwalk Hotel. There are a couple of restaurants that offer breakfast, lunch & dinner located on Main Street.
You can walk to many of the businesses, trails and beaches or you can rent a Golf Cart or bike from Seldovia Outdoor Rentals located on Main Street by visiting seldovia.fun We recommend booking your golf cart in advance as they book fast.

Long-time Alaskan family. We live locally in Seldovia and have been in the hospitality and service business for over 20 years. We continue to operate a full-time fishing charter business out of Seward, Alaska. We started with a few cabins in the early years and recently purchased the old Seldovia Boardwalk Hotel. We spent years renovating and putting in long hours to make this hotel a home away from home for tourists and locals alike.
