We really enjoyed our stay, it was lovely. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The location was ideal and there's so much to do close by. We've already booked another stay!

We really wanted to like this place. Hayden was an excellent communicator before/during our stay. The location was great. The host clearly has invested money in updating. However, we were hit by a musty smell immediately on opening the door. This likely is due to the fact that, despite what's described in the listing, there is no central A/C. The window units were all off when we arrived. We ran the window units throughout our stay, but the musty smell never went away and the window units never got the home as cool as we would have liked. Also, the instructions suggested we needed a parking pass, but none was provided. Bugs were also an issue. Finally, after our visit, we received a quid pro quo message about rating the property. Rather than asking how our stay was, the host said, "If you liked your visit, we’d really appreciate a five star review, if you haven't left one already. Reviews help us maintain our status on Airbnb, and we’d be overjoyed if you took a moment to review us."

Hayden was an amazing host. Super friendly and quick to respond. The apt is exactly like the pictures. Very clean and organized. Plan on staying here again.

Great location near TCU campus. Walkable to campus, and the football stadium. Friendly and responsive host made sure our stay was seamless. The bathroom arrangement ensured that both bedrooms could easily access the shared bath/toilet area while having private en-suite vanity rooms with sink and mirror. Brand new refrigerator!
