I stayed here for about a month in the winter for work. There was lots of snow and was always plowed out and sanded quickly. Great old anchorage neighborhood feel. Has everything you need for a few days or a few months. And the carport keeps the snow off the car.

I absolutely loved my month at Shannon’s place. It was comfortable and homey and convenient to driving anywhere in anchorage. I was there for work and I wish I could have stayed longer.

This little condo was perfect for my husband and I! We stayed for four days while visiting my son in Anchorage. The place was clean and comfortable. The hosts keep it stocked with snacks, coffee and nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The only issue I had was that the floor creaked in the unit above us. The upstairs neighbor kept really late hours and paced a lot. It was fine when the air conditioner was running, but when it turned off the creaking would wake me up. After the first night, I used the earplugs that had been left for us and slept much better. My son did all the driving and I am not familiar with Anchorage, but it didn't seem to take more than 20 minutes to get anywhere. I would stay again on a future trip to Anchorage.

Nice and pretty quiet spot. Has a kitchen and was stocked with the basics. Good communication and a good deal for a short trip in summer as summer prices in Anchorage can often be inflated. The air conditioner was a nice touch as it was warm a couple days of the stay!

Shannon was very good with suggestions and even put forth a lot of effort to make sure we were comfortable. Loved the location and close to a jogging park.
