Colin's house is very pretty and peaceful. Once we found out about the lack of central heating, at the last minute, I did bring an electric heater from home for the bathroom. But once we moved in I realized my daughter's room needed the heater the most, and the heat lamps in the bathroom worked well enough for short periods. We did find a small electric heater in the bedroom but it was noisy and not very good. Once we arrived I realized nobody turned the heater on since it was very cold. I think the house should come with at least one bundle of wood to start a fire to help warm up the home. The master bedroom was cold, I tried using the small heater there but not very useful. We bought bundles of wood and picked up bundles of sticks from the backyard to help start the fires. Other than that we had a wonderful time especially that it snowed finally before we left, a few inches, it was beautiful! Thank you!

Great well-kept home with a nice private-ish backyard. Eminently functional vintage kitchen with basically every tool I needed to do some last minute holiday food prep. Everything went smoothly, would stay again.

Very nice place. Make sure you message them first to arrange key pickup. We enjoyed the back deck a lot. The thing that really stands out about this place, is the WiFi password is exceptional. It has an extremely satisfying arrayment of sevens - X777X7X77X. The first X promises the number of sevens which will proceed, while the 2nd and 3rd X keep track of the how many sevens have passed, and finally, the last non-seven tells you how many non-sevens their are. After staying here, I think I have my new favorite ten digit number! Thanks Colin!
