James is a great host with a beautiful home. He provided very detailed information about the house and surrounding area. It is a very peaceful and private location. Looking forward to future visits.

This gorgeous, comfortable, private home exceeded the high expectations of our family of four (adults). The wrap around decks and outdoor spaces were perfect to appreciate the stunning views across the valley. The kitchen was fully stocked with items one might neglect to bring (spices, oils, condiments, etc) with everything you might need to bake, cook, grill or blend. The bedding was comfy and fresh. The hot tub was big, the jets powerful and so enjoyable soaking while gazing at the mountains. Hiked to Cranny Crow overlook in Lost River State Park. Two miles uphill but worth the iconic panoramic mountain views. Also played disc golf in the State Park on a beautiful forested course alongside a mountain. James a responsive host, and the thoughtful, homey touches in every room made this place a favorite and we’d love to return.

Wonderful place to stay! I miss it already! James was a great host, the house was equipped with all the amenities, toiletries, firewood, comfy clean beds, stocked kitchen utensils and cookware , just felt right home!

What a beautiful place! We were hoping for a quiet retreat, and this house absolutely fits the bill (though you'd best hope you didn't forget anything, it is a longish drive out). From the beautiful view to the hot tub, everything was exactly as promised. On a separate note, James sets a new standard for attentive/responsive host. Thank you so much!
