Mark was a great host and very responsive. The areas outside his apartment were very dirty, carpet, walls etc and the train was very loud right behind the complex.
We absolutely loved our stay. We got upgraded to the 4th floor unit so we definitely got our money's worth (and it was already cheaper than a stay at the Residence Inn and included in-unit laundry and ample parking). The building itself was very secure and Moody Street, Main Street, and the Charles River are all within walking distance. Mark was very responsive and accommodating, even extending our stay by a day when we asked. Highly recommend!
Stay was pleasant, easy to get to and place was clean. Mark was very responsive and checked in through the stay.
Mark's place is always a tremendous value and a great place to stay!

I am 32 years old. I live in Waltham and spend a lot of the summer time in West Dennis, Cape Cod. I work in Real Estate / Property Management, but especially Hospitality. I was born and raised in my family's Bed and Breakfast: The Beach House Inn, on Cape Cod. I love to travel, most often to warm beaches in the winter months. I graduated from Princeton University in 2014 where I majored in English and rowed on the heavyweight crew team.
