Welaka National Fish Hatchery. 10 minutes: Renegades where you can fish/boat/eat on the water. We also have a Roku stick you can use to access your favorite apps No smoking/vaping as home/deck is made of wood. No fireworks/flames or fires outside of outdoor firepit/grill. No firearm use/shooting of any kind/hunting Motion activated exterior cameras in walkways/exterior views of cabin/buildings/lake for security only, not actively monitored or viewed without incident. Roof camera will only actively notify for motions on top of roof or going over railing as this is a safety issue. Gated entrance is monitored with video/audio activated camera. Locked supply closet & cabinet inside home and garage locked door are not for guest use. Garage and exterior sheds/barn not accessible to guests. Garage game room includes pool table, corn hole, ping pong, Foos ball (coverts to air hockey). Please note garage is not insulated and has no AC but has large fans and large garage door be open to help ventilate (often cooler with closed). Cannot guarantee no insects as this is in the country and forest areas but we do use pest control measures.
