Evolve never responded to my questions before booking. Own a business and was in a pinch so booked the house for 4 nights then they responded so I booked 5 additional nights… on 12/23/2023 are job was stopped so I tried to to change reservation and check out but was denied immediately. So I kept the full reservation drove 7 hrs home for 3 days before returning. Christmas Eve at 10:30pm jay from evolved called and said they screwed up and I could have changed reservation, I explained circumstances and he looked into it, jay called me back on Christmas Day stating that I would receive a credit and only had to be charged 4 nights, we only stayed 3 nights total but whatever, I informed jay that we left our stuff in the house and wouldn’t be able to get back there until 7-8pm On 12/26/2023. On 12.26/2023myself and my team were driving the 7 hrs back to the home to retrieve our things when I received another email from a different person.. Worst experience ever and I’ll NEVER stay w/ Evolve

We could not have have been happier with our stay. The amenities in the house were more than we anticipated. Our family needed some time to just be together (we were in the area for a funeral) and it provided a peaceful and comfortable place to be a family and support our mom. We can't thank you enough!

We recently stayed at this delightful waterfront Airbnb in Menominee, MI, for Thanksgiving with our family. The property's stunning water views made our holiday special. The house was perfect for our needs, providing a cozy, comfortable space with all the amenities we needed. Mornings were wonderfully peaceful with a warm cup of coffee and a scenic view of the bay. The cleanliness and maintenance of the place were top-notch, and the host was welcoming and helpful. This stay was a memorable part of our family's Thanksgiving, and we highly recommend it for a serene getaway. Looking forward to returning!
