My family had a wonderful week at Jennifer's home! We are very familiar with the area and needed the week for a local work project. It was so enjoyable to work in this gorgeous setting. Her home is lovely and felt spacious with everything we needed. We love Bradenton Beach and AMI, the beach is breathtaking and we soaked up every sunny day and beautiful sunset we had! The trees and mature landscaping surrounding the home created amazing privacy and made us feel like we were in a private oasis even with being close to the street. The outdoor spaces are top notch! We used the shaded outdoor room by the pool for family style meals, the kitchen and grill had everything we needed. Great surf shop right up the street too! Thank you for being a great host Jennifer!

Very nice place! Beds are super comfy, it was very clean, we grilled out by the pool one night and it was delightful! I was shocked at how quiet it was. Location was perfect for walking to the beach and Publix, a few restaurants too! The wagon was used daily, as were the boogie boards, so nice to not have to rent or buy any of that! Jennifer was super responsive and helpful, we really appreciated it. Will book again!

My family and I enjoyed staying here so much! It was clean, beautiful, and a wonderful layout. The location was perfect and allowed us to walk to the beach daily, as well as hit up Public or CVS for anything we needed (so nice not to have to sit in traffic)! My kiddos loved the games, beach toys, and pool toys. A couple of our favorite nights were spent grilling and enjoying the outdoor space before taking the golf cart to catch the sunset! Jennifer was a wonderful host— proactive and friendly in her communication. We had no issues that needed to be resolved, but I’m confident that if we did she would have been on top of it! Would absolutely book this again and again! Thanks, Jennifer!

The home was great. The beach was a block or so away. The grocery and liquor store is across the street. The Catholic Church is two blocks away. The Trolley stop is right outside the house on the corner. We had everything we needed. Perfect place to rent. Jennifer was awesome! Would definitely stay here again.
