Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Perfect location. Loved that everything was in walking distance and so close to the beautiful beach! We would love to come back! Highly recommend!!

Great location, lots of bars, restaurants, cafes, beach all literally 2 mins walk away. As no carpets etc would suggest a few rugs in bedrooms to help absorb and reduce sound. At times was a little hard to have all rooms occupied. Garden smaller than expected and has no grass - with a dog wasn’t as easy to let him out just before bed! There is a coffee machine but brand different to the one on description - took wrong pods but had some in welcoming pack - thank you.

Alistair at seastays was super helpful after we had an issue (outside of their control) at another property we were supposed to be staying at. They relocated us to flintback within an hour and couldn't have been more helpful. Very easy to communicate with and the place was everything we needed and more.

Very responsive host who was super helpful. We loved the touch with the bag of goodies which was just what we needed after a long drive. Very clean house. Great location and lovely weekend.

Amazing location and wonderful house for a family of 6. Great communication with the host, lovely welcome bag of very useful items. A host of great restaurants nearby and it is a stones throw from the beach. We will almost certainly return.
