This was a surprise weekend for my boyfriend's birthday. The house was fairly new and beautiful. however, upon arriving the keypad was not working. I was able to get in remotely after calling but that still was unsettling and inconvenient. it was fixed fairly quickly. The sofa had visible crumbs left behind. The iron was a little hard to find because I wasn't expecting it to be in a closed closet in one of the other rooms. The ELECTRICITY went out in the master bedroom our last night. My boyfriend and I tried to switch the breaker with not luck. we reached out to two of the contacts for the property and only one responded but that was the next morning at basically checkout. We ended up sleeping on the floor that last night in the living room so that we could watch TV. what upset me is that Evolve and the Owner both made it seem like I was lying or that I was looking for compensation. The owner told evolve that the Power was restored ( not during our trip) and then assumed I wanted $.

Great cozy place to stay. Super close to everything

Very close to everything just a few minutes away from downtown. We had an issue with plumbing but the host was very fast and proactive at having someone fix it. Overall great experience and fun place to stay. Very spacious and comfortable with a quiet tucked away neighborhood.
