No Cleaning Fee! Bring your horses, bring your family. Theres room for everybody to relax. Trees and a yard make a good place for children to play. We include no extra fee for cleaning. We trust our guests will be respectful of our home. The yard at the Oasis was designed to enjoy. Children will have room to run and play. Shade trees around the yard lend coolness and a bit of seclusion. Porches on both sides of the house give you options for shade and hanging out. There is also a picnic table for memory making meals on the porch! The house has room for a family while still feeling cozy. For your enjoyment we have books, board games and puzzles; a living room and a den. Besides the beds in each room, we have a twin mattress, crib mattress, queen size air mattress and a cot available. I would be happy to get any of these ready for you if you let me know you will need them! Please note in your reservation request if you are bringing dogs or horses. I will have the kennel and the horse pens ready for you. If your pet leaves hair on furniture, a soiled floor, or other mess in the house, there will be an additional cleaning fee.
