Due to a delayed flight we arrived later than expected but were assured via message that check-in at midnight will still be possible. When we arrived (2am) noone opened the door, there was a woman asleep in the entrance hall. Another guest heard us and told us the door code from his window. Once the woman woke up and called for the host, it turned out that there had been confusion about our booking and the room was not available. We then got a very small bed "chamber" and refund of 2/3 of the price which was the only relief. However, the entire room was always lit up once somebody entered the floor and we didn't feel like staying any longer than necessary so we took an early train at 6 am already. Not a very pleasant experience especially if you are just tired from the delay and wanna sleep :(

Nous avions une chambre au 2nd niveau avec fenêtre sur la rue. Un peu sonore mais ça ne nous a pas gêné, et literie impeccable. La salle de bains et les toilettes partagées étaient par contre maltraitées par les résidents, et rapidement moins agréables. Le petit-déjeuner enfin est sommaire, mais l'essentiel y est.

Déçu du logement au vue des commentaires d'autres utilisateurs. Pas de correspondance des photos, propreté de salle de bain privé non fait ( présence des serviettes, peignes, ... ) et nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude

Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Gastgeber waren freundlich. Die Lage ist super.
