Our stay at Emily’s place was great. There’s 7 of us total and the house was large enough to comfortably host all of us. The location was very close to the highway which made it easy to access as we spent most of our time exploring the Redwoods. Technically you can see the Pacific Ocean from the front porch but it’s a bit off in the distance and very limited. The house is a short drive from several beaches. They are PNW beaches so don’t expect much sunbathing or swimming. We did have one issue pop up and Emily and her husband quickly helped to jump in and solve the problem. The electrical breaker switch for the fridge tripped and the fridge lost power. We struggled to find the break box to reset it and due to when we discovered the issue we weren’t able to hear back from Emily until the next morning. Fortunately our food was mostly still cold(ish) lol. Turns out the breaker box is behind one of the bedroom doors should this ever happen again! In general we were very happy.

Great location. Private and comfortable stay!

Good for short stay for a road trip as there isn’t laundry in the unit. The place is very new and layout is reasonable. The next door neighbor is super quiet.
