The two-story house is situated within Bayside Resort on a quiet tree-lined cul-de-sac across from a picturesque pond. When the clock strikes beach time, you'll be just a quick six-mile drive from the sand. Four beach chairs are available for added convenience. You can also walk easily to the Commons pool! Enter the home via keyless access and find that its interior features tray ceilings, designer furnishings, farmhouse-chic chandeliers, and three indoor lounge areas so everyone has space to spread out and do their own thing. Roku smart TVs and soundbars are provided for extra entertainment. As a bonus, the screened porch is appointed with plush navy blue furnishings so you can enjoy the outdoors comfortably. If you like to cook while traveling, a gorgeous French country kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and numerous fun gadgets, including a waffle iron, mixer, blender, teapot, and slow cooker. A drip coffee maker and Keurig make a convenient coffee station for the morning. Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes from the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities. These include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, two outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. There are also stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, and nature trails with observation towers. The Freeman Stage at Bayside hosts a full slate of summer entertainment, including live dancing, music, and children's programming. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local Vacasa team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. Beautiful property. Very clean. Nice walkable gated community. Great nearby restaurants and attractions.
The house and everything in it was great, spacious and comfortable for 6 ladies. It has some wear and tear that could be fixed up. The only disappointment was not clear in the description using hot tub, pool and workout room that cost a FEE. Otherwise, we Loved the place!
This location was in a beautiful neighborhood, however the problem was inside the house. The bunk beds were broken so we couldn’t sleep on the top bunk. The sunroom area was not clean, there was chips on the floor the pillows weren’t straightened. It looked like someone just left. Now the major problem comes into play with the bedding. The comforter sets & pillows were disgusting, there was all kinds of stains. Some look like blood, intimate time, and brown spots. Customer service didn’t help like I thought they should’ve. I literally called like 5 times about the situation. I assume the agents didn’t update notes on the file but every time I called because no one came the agent didn’t have any information on the issue. I sent photos to the text number they provided any everything. The only time sheets were delivered was our last night there and when we tried to give them the comforters they told us that’s for the owner to clean or something like that.
