Jacque’s place was perfect for our visit to University of Michigan. The space was warm, comfortable, clean and inviting. We loved the spaciousness and the quiet neighborhood. Jacque was welcoming and unobtrusive. He had a welcome gift of cookies and the essentials in the refrigerator. Much appreciated. Lots of effort had been made to decorate and make the place feel like home. The sofa was the most comfortable I have ever experienced and I wish that I had had an extra day to just sit and read a book! We hope to visit again!

Nice spacious rental. Very clean and Jacques was super easy to communicate and work with as we had to suddenly change our travel plans a couple of times. We enjoyed walking the little trails across the road from the house. The house is also in a great quiet location for Ann Arbor and the surrounding area. Thanks so much for the cookies and for providing some little extras like drinks, tea, coffee, etc... A nice treat! We would rent here, again.

Jacques’ place was perfect for our short visit to campus. Very close to north campus and only 10-15 min drive to central campus, quiet neighborhood, and lovely wooded views. The unit is exactly as described and we had more than enough space for two. Extremely clean and beds very comfortable. As an extra bonus, Jacques was as kind and welcoming as could be — her personally checked us in, showed us around, left us cookies and beverages, and had suggestions for where to park the next day for the football game (which turned out great!). Overall a great stay. Thank you Jacques!
