This apartment is all we wanted & more. Clean, safe & quiet with a sweet little garden & patio. White linens & very comfortable queen bed. Kitchen is well stocked & we enjoyed preparing several meals. The bathroom is modern & very clean with great water pressure & hot water. The washing machine is a plus. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the Arno & Pontes. A small hill walking back to the apartment. We felt like we earned our gelatos! Also the peace & quiet at night is worth the walk. We never took a bus but it seems they are readily available. Taxi to the airport was 40€. Monica greeted us at the apartment which was very thoughtful. There was a little confusion regarding the taxi but we ended up calling & making a reservation ourselves & they speak English which was a plus. Nigel, the mascot, is a sweet & gentle giant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Grazie!

Our stay in Florence was pleasant and relaxing. The Airbnb was situated in a peaceful neighborhood, offering privacy and tranquility. The house was nice and our host was friendly and accommodating. Overall, a comfortable experience.

We had such a great stay here. The Airbnb was walkable to the city, while providing a quiet area. The bus stop was close to the residence, which was very convenient. Additionally, there was great communication and hospitality.

Spacious, private, away from the busy Florence central street. felt right at home yet by center of Florence. It was very convenient for us who come with a car. Flexible on check in and check out time. Secured gate and very safe neighborhood

My daughter and I loved staying at this Airbnb. It was peaceful and quiet The birds singing in the morning felt like we were in the countryside! Monica met us and the entrance and helped us carry our bags. As soon as we mentioned we needed something, it was there in a short time. The walk down to the historical center was direct and easy, taking about 20 minutes to get to the center. However, we caught the #11 bus going up hill back to the Airbnb, which runs about every 1/2 hour. The taxi from the train station was a short, inexpensive ride but the drive back, during morning rush hour traffic, cost 35 euros and took 1/2 hour. Thank you, Cecilia and Monica, for hosting us. We’d love to stay with you in the future.
