Great budget friendly place to stay with good accommodations for those with mobility issues. We had a plumbing issue which was outside of Donna's control and Donna was very responsive with sending a plumber. We will stay again.

If you choose to stay at this residence please make sure that a recent pest treatment has been undertaken. This will aoid disturbed sleep due to cockroaches in your bed & spiders all around. I would also seek information on how the oven works as we could not get it to work during our stay. The overflowing garbage bin out the front of the property had a smell that could only be compared to rotting meat or fish. If you have a small car you will be required to park on the street as the driveway should have a 4wd access only sign on it. The noise of the buses going past if you are not use to having that is quite hard to get to sleep. The split system in the loungeroom has a drain from it that is in a pipe near the wall of the master bedroom, it is not secured to the wall and can catch you when you try to get into bed. This drains under the master bedroom for the moss and mould to stay alive. Pets may escape under fence.

The property is conveniently located close to shops, park and public transport. The property was clean, well stocked like you’re at your own home and served our 7 day stay well. The internet had dropped out but it was well. Our host was easily contactable and very understanding and accommodating to our needs.
