I've already written several previous reviews about Nevin and Yung's house, which we highly recommend and you can read here on their listing. But a good way to summarize it would be that we have been going to Coxsackie frequently for the last couple o f years, and we think of their place as "our home away from home"

This was a return visit for myself, my wife and our dog to Nevin and Yung's place, and I've written detailed reviews in past months about how pleasant their house is for us :) The highlights for us are that it's clean, comfortable, has a great kitchen with a lot of usable cookware, and easy to control the heat with a separate thermostat on both of the two floors. It's about a 10 minute walk to Reed Street, which we usually did twice a day with our dog. Nevin and Yung are excellent AirBnb hosts-easy to deal with and very responsive. Their house is one of our favorite AirBnb houses in Upstate NY.

This was a return visit for us to Nevin and Yung's house, which we enjoyed very much (My original review was in Feb 2023). The house is clean, spacious and comfortable , and has phenomenal views of the Hudson River from all the back windows of the house. Easy walk to Reed Street, which is now more lively than it has been (but still peaceful and enjoyable). They have kayaks and direct access to the Hudson from their backyard. Nevin and Yung are easy to communicate with and very reasonable to deal with. It's an overall great experience staying in their house.

We had a wonderful time at Nevin and Yung's place. Beautiful views, an amazing waterfront yard and a lovely home with all the amenities. We loved the sunroom and especially appreciated the birding guides and spotted several birds including a pair of eagles! We hope to come back again!

Our family of 4- two teens and 2 parents, enjoyed this home for our summer vacation which is perfectly set on a private beach. There are a number of steps from the house to the water, which was not an issue for us. Each day we packed lunches and head out for hours of fishing and relaxing. The Hudson River has tides, so during high tide we caught LOTS of catfish and low tide had tiny bass biting. We released everything we caught but the catfish were big enough to eat. We ate each night at local eateries and drove to Catskill for the distilleries and dinner one night. I saw there was a great farmer's market on Fridays in the summer, so we stopped there for some fresh veggies, cheese and treats one afternoon as well. We took a picnic lunch from the Yellow Deli to Olana one afternoon and later headed to the Hi Way drive for a double feature and enjoyed ice cream at the Sweet Side before the movie. A great, quiet, relaxing vacation...exactly what we were looking for!
