4 Bedroom home with a pool & spa located in the Foothills. Comfortably sleeps 8-10 people and has wireless internet with 2 roku-streaming TVs. Gas BBQ, outdoor fireplace, Bluetooth speakers and an outdoor shower. Colorado River is 20 minutes away, Mesa Del Sol Golf Course is next door. Corporate/Snow-bird rentals welcome. Minimum 3 night stay and discounted rates for weekly, monthly and longer stays. Heating of the Spa is included in the Price. Heating of the Pool will be an additional fee. This furnished home provides you with all of the amenities for a comfortable stay. All of the rooms have custom closet shelving with plenty of wardrobe space and a dedicated laptop work space. Absolutely a beautiful home in a quiet neighbor hood! Home is very clean, roomy, well equipped with everything you would ever need! Great host, communication was good and answered any question we had very quickly. Beds very comfortable and the pool and spa a wonderful bonus. Highly recommended, loved everything about this place. We would rent again!

The place was exactly what we needed for a family wedding-was able to meet up with my sister and her family and celebrate together-loved the hot tub and pool area-plus plenty of seating in the main living room-very comfortable for our group of 7
Enjoyed our stay at this lovely home!! Hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive!! Hopefully we will get to stay again some day!
