Nicole was very responsive before, during and after checkout. The house was spacious and comfortable. She even left a card and bottle of champagne for Mother’s Day which was the sweetest touch! Rental had everything needed for a weekend beach getaway.

Nicole is a gracious host, and very proactive when communicating. Love the location, the view of the ocean from the master bedroom is awesome - if you love ocean sunrises, this is a good place for you. The house is spotlessly clean, has fun decor and is in a great location. The coffee bar was an added plus.

We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our large group. Super close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend. Nicole was quick to respond and very helpful.

Exactly as listed and beyond accommodating for a family stay. It had everything you would need without making special trips to the store. Beds were comfy. Dog toys omg so cute. Nicole was so quick to reply. We left a book and she offered to mail it out. So sweet. Can’t wait to rebook for our next visit down. Highly recommend.

Place was awesome, great view and location and very clean. We will be back again! Also dogs loved it and felt at home!
