Spacious and very central apartment located on the seafront of Sestri Levante, about 350 meters from the station and convenient to all services. With its nine beds it is ideal for your family or group holidays in the beautiful Ligurian town. Wi-Fi and Private Parking. The apartment is located on the third and top floor of a building equipped with a lift. Inside you will find a bright and well furnished living room with a large sofa, a dining table, a large flat screen TV and a terrace from which you can enjoy the view directly on the sea. Moving you will find the kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge and freezer. There is also a washing machine for your laundry. The kitchen has a small balcony with loggia. In the apartment you will find four bedrooms: three with double bed, one with two single beds. In one of the double bedrooms there is an additional bed and a small service bathroom with sink and in another a second TV. The total beds are therefore nine. All rooms are equipped with large wardrobes and drawers to store your personal effects and all have a balcony with loggia like the kitchen. Finally, in the house there are two bathrooms, one with toilet and bathtub and one with shower. In the house there is a free WI FI service. The heating for the winter months is centralized with heaters in each room. We offer the possibility of using a private parking in the structure. NB. Parking is available only for standard size cars ( NO VANS ).
