Bring the whole family to this cheerful, 2400 sq ft home. This is a perfect location for IU graduation or sporting events: 6 minutes from I-69 and 13 minutes from the heart of IU. Our kitchen is fully-equipped for preparing family meals. A cozy library, living room, sun room and chic half bathroom complete the main floor. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and two full baths. Our lovely little neighborhood is hemmed in on one side by train tracks and on the other by the Karst Trail and Karst Farm Park.

This is a beautiful and spacious home in a very nice neighborhood! There was enough space for 9 of us! The house is clean and well organized. Definitely, much more comfortable than staying in a small hotel room. The host is friendly and easy to contact with questions. For families with small children, the backyard is a bonus! It is every child's dream! My son was sad to leave because he wanted to play some more outside. Overall, we were all happy to stay here!
Lovely home. Nice amenities. Very clean and organized. If you need a place in Bloomington look no further. It’s a little remote but very peaceful.

We live in a very small suburban neighborhood on the west side of Bloomington. Karst Farm Trail connects to our neighborhood, and we are right next to Karst Farm Park, so you'll have great access to walking trails, playgrounds, basketball courts and more.
We are not directly on a city bus line. You'll need a car!
