They are very friendly and warmly. They treated us just like their own family member and give us very thoughtful service. The room is very clean and the supplies are also very complete. The environment is very quiet and safe. We felt very comfortable when we stayed there. The location of the house is not in the main urban area. If you have a car to drive, it is very convenient to go to the town center, because it is very close to the highway. Next time, if we have the opportunity to go to Iowa City again,we certainly choose to stay in this house.

Brad and April were kind Everything was as described and I was happy throughout my stay The only problem was that I can only lock my room, but the backdoor should always be unlocked, this is something to consider if you are not used to living there. I am not used to that and I felt kind of uncomfortable or unsafe especially at night, but nothing happened though. Overall a very good place that almost have every thing you need

Very safe and nice neighborhood and you can find everything you may need during your stay like zipper bags, foil papers, can opener and so on. I highly recommend somebody who needs longer stay:) Brad and April are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stays there.
