We ended up heading to Florida with our pup literally last minute. Alan’s place happened to have just a few days available. I messaged him with several questions and he answer back super fast. We were checked in early and walking on the beach within a few hours! Darling backyard with an outdoor shower. At night we turned on the string lights out back and played mini golf till the kids got tired. My teen loved laying in the hammock. Washer and dryer with laundry pods on site. Rooms were good sizes and extra towels were available. Has all the amenities needed. The beach is literally a very short walk away. You are far enough from the busy main drag by the water, but close enough to be at all the beachfront restaurants in literally just a few minutes! Location felt safe, and there’s a gas station less than a minute walk from the rental for extra convenience. I feel like we totally lucked out finding his place! We had so much fun we extended our stay two days! Thank you so much Alan!

Very cute and quaint space that is perfect for a small group or family of 4! We are a family of 3 with 2 small dogs, and we loved it!!!! Beach is within walking distance (Entrance 65), and the neighborhood is so good for close restaurants and walking your dogs. Backyard is super cute, and the place is very well-decorated. On the smaller side like I said, but intimate for a family - so not really a huge deal. We will definitely be back! Easy to find, nice hosts… we loved it all! Did not smell like previous dogs either.

Great place, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Fenced yard for the dogs. The host very responsive. He dropped off new beach chairs. Very close to the beach. Highly recommend.

We were thrilled with the accommodations and cannot wait to return. Great location right next to everything and not as cramped as some beach locations can be. Thanks Allan for a memorable vacation.
