Location and restaurant is good however our first room had a leak in the bathroom ceiling, informed the manager and they were quick to clean it. they had to move our room the following day. The bed needs to be updated because they are very hard and uncomfortable. The rooms are beautiful but the bathroom plumbing needs maintenance. The sewer smell was pretty strong in both rooms.

There was a typhoon and the host did not let me cancel the trip. It’s all about money and not after the safety of the guests. Don’t book to thos place of you you are thinking twice to travel due to weather condition.

Great place to stay though they are still under construction the rooms nd cafe / bar is great. Need to provide complimentary toiletries though.

It was disappointing how different the listing was with the actual place. First of all, many amenities were missing (but were indicated on the listing): there was no shampoo, soap, toilet paper, washer, hot water kettle, dedicated work space, or nearby/walkable resort/beach access. I am working remotely so we booked this place for the work space too. Your room has one low coffee table and no desk. I was only able to attend meetings at the bar outside with loud music and construction noises. Know also that you’ll wake up to construction noises as early as 7am. The sand seen on the photos are props, the hotel isn’t walking distance to any beach so even the map is deceiving and they should’ve indicated how to travel/ how many mins to the nearest beach. The worst part is the owner was there during our entire stay and he never welcomed us or apologized about all the inaccuracies (we were practically their only guests since off season). He was so unbothered by the fact his guests had to purchase or source for things that should’ve already been included. Please do not book here.
