This extensive and wonderful property is professional tended to by caretakers whom live in a cottage located on the property. Our guests privacy is of the utmost importance and it is respected. We had a wonderful time at this historic home, and in such a beautiful part of the country. The property is as described with lots of privacy and views. The house is even larger than the pictures suggest and we found ourselves spending a lot of our indoor time in the library with its cozy fireplace. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week-long stay and look forward to returning again in the future! The location and grounds are beautiful. Tons of privacy and space. Amazing views. A great dock. The house is very comfortable and expansive - with lots of room for adults and kids to spread out on a rainy day. The kitchen space is great - plenty of room for everyone to congregate with great light. Jennifer, Joaquin, and his family were super attentive, and got back to any questions we had right away. A wonderful experience!
Combsbury is unbelievably beautiful, inside and out....it was perfect for our large family gathering, offering comfort and privacy for everyone with ample communal gathering spaces as well!
Combsberry was a perfect setting for our family vacation. We enjoyed the beautiful heated pool, the docks for fishing and kayaking, and we were able to bring our boats to dock right there. We appreciated the very clean and comfortable accommodations throughout the house! All the appliances worked well and we enjoyed our dinners at the kitchen/dining room followed by hangouts in the great room/library with the bar. Jennifer was so responsive with instructions, questions, and any small issues were quickly resolved. We would love to rent from Jennifer again!
