This place is a hidden GEM! I surprised my fiance with a little getaway trip and she LOVED it! Lurray Caverns is roughly 20 minutes away, hiking spots are roughly 30 minutes away which makes it a perfect spot to relax after a long day. We love the fact that this place has a nice picnic table right at the fireplace so we can look at the stars and eat fruits at night. Our host was responsive and very kind to provide firewood. Usually, you would have to purchase firewood from a local store. There are cute lights in the back for you and your partner to hang out which is the perfect picture for a sunset. Our host is so thoughtful that he has a section in the kitchen for free coffee. If you're thinking about surprising your partner with a getaway weekend that includes hiking, caverns, picture perfect open sky sunsets, stars at night, do NOT hesitate to book! This secluded place availability won't last long once it becomes too popular.

The Nest is a nice, private tiny home close to Luray and Shenandoah National Park. Check-in was easy and the place had everything we needed for our stay.

This place was awesome. Very clean and smelled good inside. Linens were fresh, wash rags and towels were fresh as well. Beautiful view!!! Cows right in back of you and we got to see a few chickens!!!! Completely quiet!!! We didn’t get to use the fire pit and outdoor because of the rain but it was set up for use. This place is comfy and cozy. We would deff come back!!

Not any fault of Kenneth’s but our GPS took us about a half a mile past the cabin saying “Cobblestone” was our destination. We just turned around, went back down the road, and quickly saw the cabin from the road with a small sign at the entrance of the driveway. The cabin was lovely and easily comfortable for the two of us. With everything we needed…comfy bed, warm shower, big enough fridge, and coffee pot. It is very quiet and private and you will need to drive everywhere but so worth it since it’s such a beautiful part of our country. Thank you, Kenneth, for sharing your “nest” with us. We hope to come back in the future!
