Accessed via a private passageway behind Blackjack Street it really is the perfect location offering peace and quiet yet only a handful of steps away from the town's cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops. Blackjack Street is a particular gem, with it’s artisan bakery and deli, locally renowned butcher Jesse Smiths and cafes (Jack’s Cafe and He Says She Waffles can’t be missed!). Spanish Tapas restaurant La Bobina and French brasserie chain 'Cote' are also located on the Street. If you fancy a dip, the spring fed open air pool is a 5 minute walk from the cottage and is open from May to September. Alternatively, take a stroll through the 15,000 acres of Cirencester Park which can be found at the top of Cecily Hill! The town also has a rich Roman history (it was the second largest town during this time) which you can learn about in the Corinium Museum which actually backs on to our cottage Being right in the hub of the town there is no private parking. There are a number of public car parks less than 5 minutes walk away including the Abbey Grounds car park and the Old Bus Station Car Park. There is free on street parking in Gloucester Street and Barton Lane as well if spaces are available. There are a number of pull ins outside the Museum and also on Blackjack Street should you wish to drop your bags before parking up.
Couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, central location, or for a more comfortable, lovely place. And the hostess communicated well; the information they provided was comprehensive and clear, and they responded promptly to a question e we sent. Thank you - highly recommend!
Superb location in the centre of the town but set back in a small quiet picturesque alleyway. The property, although small, is well equipped and is warm and comfortable.

自我介绍
A long time Cirencester resident, my wife and I live with our 2 teenage boys in the centre of the town. We have lots of local knowledge as to where the best pubs, restaurants and cafes are both in town and also in the local surrounding villages.
