Anika Serviced Apartment is architecturally designed and is located in a pristine, calm neighborhood at VGP Selvanagar, Velachery, Chennai, behind Grand Square Mall. The property is brand new and is tastefully done to the liking of all guests. It is well connected by road and rail transports. In close proximity are Malls, Cinema theatres, Restaurants, Shops, Recreational activities and Offices. rty is a Open to Sky Jacuzzi for guest to enjoy a relaxing time. The property features an excellent terrace area with garden for evening and early morning chit chats. The apartment has ample balconies for guest to hangout. All bedrooms have smart tv and writing desk with chair. Kitchen is fully furnished with Fridge, gas stoves, pots, pans, plates, cups, mineral water, kettle, microwave, mixer and all necessary cutleries. Washing machine is in a common area with facility to dry clothes in natural sun. All bathrooms have child safety shower panels. Free covered parking is available in the property. Separate payment for Jacuzzi (Rs 800 per hr) and Washing Machine( 6kg capacity Rs 100 per usage)

The apartment was very well maintained with spacious interiors, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding and responsive staff at a call's reach. The apartment faces an open park and is located in a quiet neighborhood at a walkable distance from the main road. The way the sunlight falls into the dining room early in the morning is a sight you'd never forget. I would definitely recommend this place for friends and family.

Stayed 2days there with family. Property is quiet and calm. All essential needs were there. Satisfied with the stay. Needs improvement on maintenance as there were few dirts in the walls. Over all satisfied with stay. ☺️

Unfortunately our stay was during the Chennai floods and we got stuck due to the rains and floods, just like anyone in Chennai. Fortunately we were at Ganesh’s place which had a higher level car parking and saved our vehicles. Ganesh and his staff members did everything possible to make all the guests comfortable, even during the most difficult times of floods…
