We stayed here for about 2.5 months. Todd is an extremely helpful and friendly host who was sincerely concerned with the well being of our family. He was always available to assist with any issues we had. The house itself has a world class view of Lake Tulloch from the deck that youll never forget. We certainly had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this place.

Stayed at this property for two weeks. There were two of us and we really enjoyed it! Very scenic views from the back deck! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house was fully equipped with all the amenities needed for our time there. Todd is a great host and I would definitely stay at one of his properties in the future!

Great place to get away for the week. It is pet friendly so expect pet hair around the house. The driveway is steep so bring wheel chocks to secure your vehicle. If you bring a boat Kiva is 5min. away but only for HOA members, Drifters is 15min. away and 45$ launch fee, South Shore is about 40min. away $20 day use. The house has cold AC and all the amenities as your house would have. Great communication with Todd. My family and I enjoyed staying here for our summer vacation.

Todd was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I enjoyed our interactions and suggestions for places to see. The location of the home provides a fantastic view. We felt like we were in a tree house. Lots of nature sounds---crickets, and doves and sights---- huge starry skies, a flock of wild turkeys (also pet goats next door), the lake and magnificent oak trees! The big deck and big bathtub were both fabulous. The cleanliness could be improved and some of the furniture should be replaced as they have heavy staining. Even with that--- we would recommend the place to others and would come again :)

Great home and wonderful host! Todd went out of his way to make the home comfortable and was super proactive at making sure the stay was enjoyable. Very responsive and thoughtful.
