This spot is perfect for a cozy get away. It was close enough to amenities but you are able to feel disconnected a bit from the bustle of the main area. A great spot, very cozy and clean!

A very enjoyable stay , right in the heart of the Adirondacks. Very warm, cozy, and beautiful place. Michala, went out of her way with suggestions for hikes, and local dining. I suggest this to anyone looking to stay in the whiteface mountain area.

Great location, perfect to get to multiple places for all our hike, biking and paddle boarding needs. You are 15-30 mins away from some great destinations with plenty to do, shopping, dining, and site seeing. We realize that this is a cabin in the woods, the interior was nice and updated but the exterior is a bit tired. There are two sets of steep stairs. So some guests may have some issues there as well as some puppies if you chose to bring. The outside of the house wasn’t well maintained. Again, we get it, it’s a cabin in the woods, but there was lots of poison ivy near the house and around most locations we needed to walk into the other entries to the house. It just needs some love and direction. We were happy with the rental. It’s a great little community. It’s worth a drive or walk up to see all the unique houses. Michala was very nice host and provided us some great information.
