We had several issues during our stay however Kevin was responsive and tried to resolve right away. Overall the house met expectations and was a great place for our family to stay.

We are so happy we booked this home. Absolutetly wonderful house and host. Everything we needed (and more) was there. Our family plans on returning anually.

This space is absolutely perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and safe which is great for families with children with plenty of space outside for parking. There is a television and a fan in every single bedroom and in the main gathering area. Several accessible bathrooms on both floors and the master bath is an added bonus (You will understand when you see it)! The back yard has an abundance of beautiful foliage and landscaping that compliment the pool and hot tub nicely. For those who prefer to stay dry, there are several comfortable lounge areas including one area that is covered by a gazebo for added shade as well as spots to soak up the sun while sitting poolside. The home is a "Smart Home" which made it much easier to control the climate, lights, and locks via the instructions provided. There is more than enough space for a medium sized group to not feel over crowded. The space is in a central location to most local attractions. We definitely recommend staying at Kevin's space.

Terrifically well-appointed and located in a really underrated neighborhood in San Diego. Fantastic stay, host very responsive, beautiful setting, terrific pool and amenities.
