Bring the whole family to stay in our guest cottage with lots of room for fun! Enjoy the peace & tranquility of being tucked away in your own secret hideaway only 10 minutes to the Town of Middleburg. Our cottage is located on 10 acres in a natural park-like setting. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature while being in close proximity to numerous award-winning wineries, breweries and historic downtown Middleburg. We are up the drive if you need us, but far enough to have your own privacy. Our guest cottage is located far enough away from our main house giving you plenty of privacy. It is an entire house and you will have access to the livable spaces. We do have an unfinished attic and unfinished basement that we keep locked. Our property has a small pond which you are welcome to visit (just follow the stone wall along the front of the property) and lots of open space to walk around and enjoy the great outdoors.

We absolutely loved staying here! The property was very close to Middleburg town center and easily accessible from the main road. The property itself was spotless, equipped with great appliances and features and perfect for us 6 adults. Vickie was a great host and sent a list of things to do which we utilised. Vickie was also very responsive and allowed us to check in early which was really helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Middleburg!! Thank you :)
The house is beautiful, very clean and cozy. Vickie makes sure you feel right at home and is into every detail. She was a great host, offered suggestions of things to do, clear check in and out instructions and is available and communicative.
We visited Middleburg for a long weekend and Vickie's cottage was absolutely wonderful. The cottage is peaceful, beautifully and stylishly decorated, and full of everything you need for a long or short stay. Vickie has created the perfect space! One of our favorite parts was turning off the main road and driving up the long, rustic driveway to the cottage. We had no trouble finding great restaurants five minutes away from downtown Middleburg, and the cottage location was perfectly located to explore the surrounding towns by car with most being 15-30 minutes away. I can't thank Vickie enough for her hospitality and recommendations! Next time we are in the area, we will definitely be staying in the cottage again. Just a perfect trip!
An absolutely lovely house with exceptional communication from Vickie. She gave wonderful advise on local places to dine. If we are lucky enough to visit Middleburg again, we will be sure to stay with Vickie again!
Vickie's place is perfect for a weekend getaway in hunt country. The cottage is located on a quiet / private dirt road, surrounded by woods and pasture. The location is convenient for visiting middleburg, sky meadows state park, and other surrounding towns, wineries, etc. The cottage itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and filled with lots of natural light. It comfortably accommodated 3 adults and 2 small children. The kitchen is new and well appointed for cooking. Vickie was a perfect host -- helpful, communicative, and unobtrusive. I'd unhesitatingly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet weekend in the Virginia countryside.

In the heart of horse, hunt & wine country! We are within 10 minutes of downtown Middleburg, VA and within easy driving distance to many wineries and breweries.
We are in a rural area, just west of Middleburg, VA. Within 40 minutes to Dulles International Airport. Our guest house is accessed via Hatchers Mill Road, which is a dirt/gravel road off Route 50/John Mosby/Little River Turnpike. The guest cottage is the small house on the left once you drive past the stone wall. Parking is in the gravel driveway near the guest cottage.
