The night before we were scheduled to check into the house we rented, we learned that the house had a plumbing issue. Katy and Sergio switched us to another property, 3 miles away on Enfield. Sergio was so responsive. The Enfield property was perfect for our family - spacious, one level (for aging parents), terrific outdoor space. Although we were there for a very sad occasion, the home and property allowed us to be with family and find comfort. Thank you Sergio and Katy - if we need to come back to LA, we would definitely rent from you again.

Beautifully furnished, pristine home, with a complete kitchen set up and ample towels and linens. Gorgeous master spa bath. All beds very comfy. And very private as the property is completely gated and secure. Very responsive host.

This place is very clean, with a spacious kitchen with a large size freezer and separate large size refrigerator perfect for a big family or company gathering . You can fit 4 cars in the gated garage. Pool is nice, warm and clean. Our company had a nice time in this house that feels like home. Restaurants are aplenty so it is so easy to order food catering. Our host Katy is very responsive too. I highly recommend this beautiful property.
