We loved Stephen and Luke’s place! Right away we were able to find everything that we needed. We were able to cook several meals and drink coffee - they had all the cooking essentials + more. They gave wonderful recommendations for a hike and restaurant (the outpost). They were both so nice. My favorite part was definitely the backyard we sat outside so much on the screen porch with the heater they provided and drank coffee while watching the forest and wildlife. We even saw three deer that passed through the backyard and two chipmunks were playing one morning. We definitely want to come back to try the pool and river activities!!

We had a wonderful, peaceful weekend getaway at Hawk and Bear. Unlike many other airbnbs, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc which made it easy for us to make ourselves dinner. We enjoyed listening to records on the record player and taking in the surrounding beauty while reading our books. Beautifully decorated with comfy beds and cozy furniture, this place is a gem. We can only imagine how nice it must be here in the summer. Thanks again for the great stay!

We stayed at Stephon and Luke’s for a weekend getaway from the city, and it was everything we were looking for! The house is charming, cozy, clean and comfortable. They gave great local recommendations and were very responsive and communicative. Will definitely come back in the spring / summertime for some river activities!
