Welcome to our modern minimalist tiny house located a half mile from Warren Dunes State Park beach and 1.5 miles from all that Sawyer Michigan area has to offer. Tiny is the second dwelling on this property and is technically a mobile tiny house. While we do have electricity and water, much like an RV the drains run to holding tanks. This means VERY LIMITED WATER USE for showers and toilet flushing. It features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and a queen bed in the small loft. We are nestled among trees just a half mile from Warren Dunes State Park. Inside we have cozy bench seats in the picture windows, a queen bed in the loft, bathroom/shower, kitchen with an induction cooktop, and a living/dining area with a countertop that seats two.

A great weekend getaway! The tiny house was adorable and well kept. Harmony gave very clear instructions on check in and check out. The string lights were a beautiful addition to the property and really made the outdoor bonfire area cozy! We had such a blast visiting the dunes which was a 5 minute drive from the Airbnb. We will definitely visit again!! Thank you Harmony & Seth!!

Located at the end of a dead end road in a quiet neighborhood. The main road is a few country blocks away so you will hear some traffic noise, but not enough to drowned out the sounds of nature.
Just a half mile away is Warren Dunes State Park with paid beach access. The little town of Sawyer where you can find a coffee shop and food/beer is 1.5 miles away.
