Relax at our cottage getaway! This newly rehabbed home is walking distance to Warren Dunes State Park. It's easy to bike or drive to numerous other beaches, neighboring towns, wineries and breweries. Centrally located to enjoy all the wonders of SW Michigan. Enjoy a private hot tub, upgraded appliances, a fenced in yard and new furnishings. This is the perfect place to unwind. This is a quiet town, so we don't suggest it if you're looking for a party scene :) Inside the home enjoy a large Smart TV in the living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The house is well furnished, has new appliances and lighting. There is a nice sized dining space to enjoy meals together and a cozy living room to wind down after a fun day. Outside you'll find a Weber grill, firepit, Adirondack chairs and a brand new hot tub surrounded by trees and enclosed by a privacy fence. You'll get a generous starter kit of necessities to have a comfortable stay! We commit to making your stay safe, comfortable and fun. We aim to have a nice clean environment and disinfect the home between stays. There will be bath and beach towels laid out for use, extra blankets if needed, games and plenty of kitchenware and glassware. We are an easy 1 mile drive off the exit with proximity to Red Arrow so you'll have access to activities, adorable stores and we are less than 3/4 mile from the Warren Dunes State Park entrance - giving you the convenience to experience so many different activities in the area easily. We are located on a dead end street with minimal neighbors and a backyard enclosed by a privacy fence and trees, giving you an all around cozy cottage feel.
