Beautiful home. Beautiful views. We had a very relaxing stay and we were very happy with this dog friendly home for our trip to visit our son. The home was stocked with everything we needed and was very comfortable.

The place was beautiful but a bit far from CU campus (we were there for graduation) to come and go often. We would literally pack our things in the morning to not have to head back up the mountain during the day. But none of that is the host’s fault. The home was very nice and had everything one could want. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working. (but the host did leave us flowers and wine as a gesture). The spa shower also did not work. But the place was lovely. The outside decks are in need of repair in places. Some of the furnishings were worn and frayed in places, but overall, it’s a beautiful home.

Amazing views of the mountains and forests on the top floor with 360degrees of windows. Wonderful wood burning fireplace that heats up the entire upper floor. Lovely,stocked, kitchen with fabulous stove and oven. Very comfortable primary bedroom & bathroom, although it needs hanging space, and some type of dresser would help. The secondary bedrooms are okay. We stayed here for two weeks and worked remotely. Sometimes the WiFi went on and off but was mostly reliable. Our phone service was almost non-existent. The workspace has a fabulous view but is open to the entire upper floor so it’s hard to have two people working on this floor at the same time. We were surprised there was no place to put garbage outside, especially over a two week stay. We ended up hiding it in a large plant pot until garbage pick up day. Brook had the driveway plowed after a big snowfall which we really appreciated! The main floor is an awesome place to hang out with family or friends. We will miss the view !!

This house is amazing my family and I enjoyed our stay. The amenities is modern and the furniture as well. Brook was a pleasant host and provides a lot for guest especially kitchen items from cookware, bakeware, and spices. The sheets were soft and the entire place was clean. We will definitely stay here again.
