This was the perfect location for our family gathering this Thanksgiving. Troy and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us during our stay. They let us know about the possibility of snow and were very kind in keeping us informed. We had two dogs with us and the fenced in areas were perfect for them. Their house and the surrounding scenery was exactly what we were hoping for. If we had it to do all over again we couldn’t have picked a better place. We are so grateful for the chance to make family memories in this beautiful place. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful home, secluded location with lots of open space... it was the perfect place to view the annular eclipse, observe the clear night skies, and relax by the wood pellet stove with a glass of wine in the evening. Our two dogs absolutely loved exploring the large fenced-in property surrounding the house! They thought they were in paradise! The house is well-equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of space for our group of 7. The location is perfect for exploring Southern Colorado-- lots of outdoor activities nearby, close to Mesa Verde, but also just an hour drive to Telluride, which was one of the surprise highlights of our trip. Quaint Dolores is just a few minutes away by car, where we could stock up on all of the necessities at the local general store or grab a burger at "The Depot". Kelly and Troy were great hosts, always helpful if we needed anything! We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent host. Very responsive. Available if needed but have us our privacy. Very peaceful property. It was a wonderful space for our extended family to enjoy several days together.

Troy and Kelly were very nice, responsive, and friendly. Location was private/secluded with spacious house. We had 7 people and there was adequate room for us to cook, socialize and sleep. Close to outdoor recreation areas for our mountain bikes.
