The home was what we expected and needed. The ONLY issue was the sleeper sofa in the basement was not usable, but we didn't end up needing it anyway. Other than the 8 inches of snow we got and loss of power for a few hours, it was a lovely time with our grandkids!

We spent a wonderful long weekend at this lovely lake house. The house had everything we needed for our stay — plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. The view of the lake from the sunroom is beautiful. Our dog loved playing fetch in the yard and we took him for long walks in the neighborhood. Saratoga Springs is less than 30 minutes away and there are great hikes within a 45-60 minute drive. We would definitely stay there again.

The focus of the trip was for my husband and son to fish on the private lake, and this was a great success. We were happy with the accomodations given the price. I think their cleaning service could do a little better in the details, but I know from personal experience that it is hard to find a company who gets it exactly right.

It was the perfect place for us to have our 3 young grandchildren for a week. The lake was great - water clear, lots of kayaks, tubes, fishing equipment, paddle boards and swimming, of course. Fortunately, the weather cooperated so we were outside most of the time. We cooked out on the grill every day and ate on the deck as it was the only table to accommodate the 6 of us = 3 adults and 3 children. It was a bonus for us to bring our 2 older little dogs. It had a great driveway for 2 cars. location is remote and lake only allowed electric motorboats so very quiet and relaxing. Easy to get to grocery store a short distance away. One day we took the grandchildren to Adirondack Animal Land in Gloversville. We all enjoyed seeing the wild animals roaming around - not a sight you see every day! There were lots of games too, so we were busy every day. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great vacation get-away.
