Welcome to our cozy house in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs, NY! Our spacious 4-bed, 2.5-bath house offers parking for up to 5 vehicles, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and amenities including, a bonfire pit, outdoor grill, and a fenced-in backyard. When you arrive you will find our Guest Book to help enhance your stay! All details on our favorite places in the area, some house rules, Wi-Fi and more will be included. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the home. They include 3 queen size beds and one king size bed. Linens are included. All Bathrooms will have soap, shampoo, conditioner. The two full size bathrooms will include a hair dryer. Towels and toilet paper are supplied. There is a desk area that can be utilized as a work area as well with high speed internet. We offer a Keurig machine in the kitchen. Two dining areas one high top in the kitchen as well as a dining room table in the dining room. There is pots and pans for cooking as well as an outdoor propane grill for use as well.
