Absolutely beautiful condo, very clean with spectacular views! I loved that the building the condo is in is gated, we felt safe staying there. The condo was about 15 minutes from Pier Park, so it was a bit of a drive, but that was okay for us because it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. Kim was a great host! There are many helpful notes and instructions around the condo, which were nice to have. I loved that the cabinets in the kitchen were labeled, so it was easy to find what we needed. This is the first place I've stayed that had more than just the basics for cooking. We loved that there was a heated indoor pool, but there are also 2 outside pools and a hot tub. It was great to have the beach just steps away as well. My family enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay at Kim's condo and were already planning our return by mid-week! The space fit our family perfectly. The nice touches of beach toys, chairs, and rolling cooler made beach going days so much easier and convenient. The balcony was absolutely fantastic for watching beautiful sunsets and wildlife (stingrays and dolphins!). Our kids loved it so much they regularly asked to eat meals out there. Kim was incredibly responsive and very accommodating. Already looking forward to next year!

This was an excellent family vacation! The place was exactly as described! Beautiful place and a well maintained building. Private beach are was great and very safe. All the people were very nice! Tons of restaurants and entertainment within a 2 mile area! Highly recommend this rental! Kim was an excellent host!

Amazing stay here. Absolutely everything you could need + more. The sandcastle supplies, boogie boards, beach towels, chairs and cooler- exceptional touches. The beachfront at this building was quiet and empty. No loud noise, no rowdiness, and so, so peaceful. We took advantage of the hot tub and pools- all were very clean. The condo itself was absolutely spotless. Internet was fast, too! Kim was a great communicator and happy to answer all of my questions. Office staff was super friendly and accommodating! 15/10!
