Again, a geat home base for me to stay during my annual trip to the US Open. Quiet, clean, quiet and good A/C made this a very nice stay for me. Thankyou!

Just a few blocks from the subway I found it convenient to get to Manhattan or the US Open. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and markets if you need a little something. Esteban was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. My room faced the street but noise was not an issue when the AC was on. Of note, there is no communal living room or area to eat and no TV. There was no way to make ice in the freezer. I would consider staying here again.

Esteban and his family are excellent hosts! They respond to messages quickly and are always willing to answer questions about their Airbnb and NYC in general. The house is located in an authentic neighborhood with amazing culture and restaurants within walking distance. The subway is very close and a convenient way to get to and from Manhattan. Flushing (Chinatown), Met’s Stadium, the US Open, and Flushing Meadows Corona Park are all very close by and easy to get to. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen are cleaned daily and kept in great shape! Neighbors sometimes play music on the weekends but it really wasn’t too loud from my room, plus the hosts provided earplugs in just case. Overall this is a great location, incredible value, and I will be recommending this Airbnb to all my friends traveling to NYC!
